Touchstone Constructionprovides residential construction services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including whole-home remodels, additions and second-story builds, backyard living and outdoor structures, interior and exterior painting, smart-home integration, and general construction. Estimates, timelines, scope, and availability are preliminary and subject to change based on site inspection, material availability, permitting, weather, and other factors. Final project terms are governed by a separate written agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to use our website and communication channels lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes misusing our systems, transmitting harmful content, interfering with site operation, or attempting unauthorized access to portions of the website, our communication systems, or other customers’ data.

4. Calls, Recording, and Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically — by email, phone, and SMS/MMS — consistent with your preferences and applicable law. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training where permitted by law.
